Commidea & Verifone Complete Ocius Supply Chain With Box Technologies Partnership

The final link in the supply chain of Commidea’s generically approved Chip & PIN solution, Ocius has been completed with a partnership agreement with leading suppliers of retail integration and IT hardware services, Box Technologies.

Regarded as of the biggest and most important developments in the market, Ocius, a pre-certified system that requires no bank testing and can be integrated with virtually any retail or hospitality POS set-up, looks set to be the most in-demand solution for retailers throughout the UK.

To manage the demand for the system, developers Commidea and hardware suppliers VeriFone have teamed up with Box Technologies. This now means that from initial enquiry, Ocius can be delivered and integrated with an organisation’s existing POS system in less than a week, providing a fully functional Chip & PIN system and avoiding the daunting approval queue and associated costs.

Box Technologies will be despatching all hardware pre-configured and pre-loaded with the specified software. As part of the agreement, the company will be providing installation services where required, and same day on site support. Consumables will also be available from Box Technologies.
